Product imagery, built with AI.Directed by design.

The brief
More imagery. Same product truth.
Happy Mammoth needed more product imagery across eCommerce, launches and seasonal campaigns.
I built an AI-assisted workflow that expanded creative range while keeping labels, proportions and brand identity accurate.

The process
AI-assisted.
Human-directed.
Four steps turned generated scenes into usable product imagery.
Define the image
I set the use case, crop, mood, camera, light and composition before generating.

Generate and select
I explored controlled variations, rejected weak directions and selected the strongest scene.

Integrate the product
I added the approved render and rebuilt perspective, scale, shadows and reflections.

Retouch and adapt
I protected the label, refined color and geometry, then prepared the final image for each channel.
Before / After
Generation was the start. Design made it believable.
Drag to compare the generated scene with the final art-directed image.

Quality control
Three non-negotiables.
Label accuracy
Approved labels and renders always stayed protected.
Physical credibility
Scale, geometry, lighting and shadows had to feel real.
Brand consistency
Every image had to feel like Happy Mammoth—not an AI style.
Selected output
One system.
Different product worlds.

The outcome
A repeatable image-making system.
A wider visual range, built around consistent product and brand standards.
The workflow moved from clean eCommerce setups to seasonal campaign worlds without losing accuracy or recognisability.
AI accelerated exploration. Art direction protected the brand.
